Alexandra joined Randall Therapeutic Services as a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT), bringing experience providing individual counseling to children, adolescents, and adults in both community mental health and outpatient settings. Her clinical work is grounded in a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach that emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and individualized care.
During her clinical internships, Alexandra worked with children and adolescents who had experienced trauma, including victims of sexual abuse and youth with complex behavioral and emotional needs. She also provided counseling for adults navigating life transitions, family conflict, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. Alexandra incorporates evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, play therapy techniques, and psychoeducation to help clients build resilience, develop healthy coping strategies, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
Alexandra values creating a safe, supportive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. She enjoys collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care and believes that every individual has the capacity for healing when provided with the right support.
Alexandra earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Prescott College. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Human Development with a minor in Wilderness and Outdoor Therapy from Lincoln Christian University. She is licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT).
Alexandra works with children, adolescents, and adults using a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach. She incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, play therapy techniques, and psychoeducation into treatment. Her clinical interests include trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation, family dynamics, and supporting clients through life transitions.
Alexandra believes that every person deserves a space where they feel safe, accepted, and supported. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize their strengths, overcome life's challenges, and build the skills needed to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Her background in psychology, trauma-informed care, and outdoor therapy has shaped her holistic perspective on healing and personal growth.
Outside of the office, Alexandra enjoys spending time outdoors and appreciates the restorative benefits of nature. Her background in wilderness and outdoor therapy has strengthened her appreciation for the connection between the natural environment and emotional well-being. She enjoys continuing to learn, exploring mindfulness practices, and finding balance through time in nature.
Alexandra provides therapy services in-office, in-home, in schools, and within the community. Alexandra has immediate availability.
