Lisa Barta
Service Array Worker
Lisa is a Service Array Worker here at RTS and has been with us since our foundational moments. Lisa utilizes her background in education, trauma awareness and creativity to cater to each individual family. In that she has sculpted our parent-aide program here at RTS.
It is not surprising that Lisa really enjoys working with families and parents to achieve positive change and break unhealthy generational patterns. She likes to get to know my clients as an individual, and meet them where they are at to help them reach their goals and improve their parenting skills and relationships.
Lisa didn't specifically set out to work in mental health, but she loves people and getting to know them and who they are. Lisa wants people to leave their session with her feeling that their needs, wants, and opinions matter, and that they have someone with them during whatever struggles they are facing.
Outside of work Lisa loves to spend time with her family and friends traveling, being active, and just spending time doing the everyday things together. She has 2 kids of her own so Lisa and her husband spend a lot of time taking them to their activities and enjoying that stage of life.
Selena Nelson
Service Array Worker
Our Intensive Supervision Program has been inspired by Selena’s skill and desire to make a difference. Selena provides Intensive Supervision as well as other Service Array Programming here at RTS! Selena has a passion for becoming a healthy support in people’s lives regardless of where she meets them on their walk. She exhibits the confidence to engage with clients and establish a rapport with them in order to truly facilitate pro-social, law-abiding choices as they have success within our program.
She most enjoys working with the teenage population through our ISP program. She loves this age group as they are fun and full of great energy. Her own mental health experiences are what has led her to where she is today. She enjoys most that at Randall Therapeutic Services she gets to work hands on with people every day and watch them grow into who they want to be.
Outside of work you may find Selena spending time with my loved ones as her family and friends mean the entire world to her.
Tammy Dammer
Service Array Worker
Tammy is another one of our Service Array Workers! She works with a wide variety of clients through our ISDE, Parent Aide, and Intensive Supervision programming. She also provides Supervised Visits for Families in our community.
She enjoys coming alongside her clients wherever they’re at in their life journey and assisting them in whatever way she can. Whether that be helping a kiddo learn to regulate their emotions, being a listening ear to teens who are trying to find their way, or assisting adults and parents in learning boundaries, parenting strategies, or life skills. Tammy enjoys working with a wide variety of individuals and loves that she gets to tailor her work to their specific needs, so every day is something unique and different. Being a positive support in her clients' life journey is encouraging and rewarding.
In previous areas of employment, Tammy has worked with individuals who had significant behavioral and mental health challenges; and was often in the midst of very difficult situations. Within those previous roles, she felt she did not have the opportunities, authority, or resources to come alongside those individuals and assist them in overcoming their challenges. In her role at RTS she states she has the privilege of working with clients during the hardest parts of their journeys and assisting them in learning skills to conquer their biggest struggles. Mental health is a crucial component of overall health and wellness, and Tammy states she is proud to work for and beside individuals who are passionate about helping others in our community better this part of their lives.
Outside of work Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her fiancé, family, and friends (Especially hanging out with my adorable twin nephews!) She also enjoys spending time outdoors, game nights with her cousins, relaxing with a good book and a giant cup of coffee, and maybe binging a guilty pleasure TV show now and again!
Jordyn Anderson
Service Array Worker
Another one of our Service Array Providers is Jordyn. She works with a variety of clients through our Parent Aide, ISDE, and Intensive Supervision programs. Her favorite service to offer is individual skills development enhancement (ISDE). She enjoys offering this service to clients of all ages because it allows her to aid in the growth of skills to everyone, wherever they are at in their life journey.
Jordyn has a place in her heart for working with children. There are a lot of things that can be very confusing growing up, and it can be hard for children to make sense of it all. Being able to help children navigate through life's challenges with books, play, and support is something that Jordyn has a passion for. She also enjoys allowing children the space to grow and find themselves as individuals.
She has struggled with mental health most of her life, and also knows so many people who have struggled with it as well. Having services and support to help her navigate through this and grow as an individual has been one of the most impactful things that has happened to her. Jordyn has learned that her mental health is just as important as her physical health, and continuing to check in on both of these things is important. She finds passion in working with others to learn how to check in with their mental health and increase their confidence in social-emotional skills through life's experiences and challenges.
Outside of work, she most enjoys spending time with family and friends, drinking coffee, painting, journaling, reading, traveling, spending time outdoors, and recently, picking up her flute after a few years without playing it. She enjoys doing anything that helps bring more positivity and happiness into her life.
Emily Wolf
Service Array Worker
Emily is also a Service Array Provider here at RTS. She provides Supervised Visits for families in our community and also works with a wide variety of clients within our Service Array programming.
She most enjoys working with children as they are so creative, funny, and full of energy. She loves seeing the joy on kids’ faces when she picks them up to bring them to visits, as they are excited to spend time with their parents. Emily likes to be a consistent, safe, and kind person for kids and their parents when they are going through hard times.
Outside of working you could probably find Emily in the outdoors as she loves to spend time outside!
