Human Resources & Service Program Manager

Allysha has been an integral part of Randall Therapeutic Services (RTS) for over six years. She began her career facilitating supervised visits, later transitioned into a service array provider role, and eventually stepped into management. Over time, she has grown into human resources while also serving as a program manager. In her HR role, Allysha develops and implements policies and procedures, ensures organizational compliance, and fosters a positive workplace culture. She focuses on building systems that support staff growth, uphold ethical standards, and maintain the highest level of care for clients.

Allysha’s work in human resources complements her program management experience. She oversees quality assurance initiatives, ensuring that services and operational processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with RTS’s mission of excellence. Her dedication to human resources and program management highlights her commitment to building strong foundations at RTS through policy development, compliance, professional growth, and cultivating a workplace where both staff and clients thrive.

Her career path has been shaped by experiences working with special needs populations, where she witnessed the impact of bullying, negative body image, and personal struggles. These experiences inspired her to pursue a career in mental health, helping clients recognize their worth and embrace life at their own pace. Allysha is inspired by the progress clients make in their personal journeys and believes in celebrating every step forward, no matter how small.

Within RTS, Allysha values the mental health of her colleagues and actively upholds the organization’s open-door policy, creating a safe and welcoming environment. She believes that a strong, supported team is essential to providing the best possible care and works to foster an ethical, positive, and professional organizational culture.

Outside of work, Allysha prioritizes quality time with her family, cherishing moments that allow her to create lasting memories with her children.
