Allysha Waggoner

 Allysha has been an integral part of RTS for over five years. She began her career in supervised visits, then transitioned into a service array provider role, and eventually took on a management position. In her current role, Allysha provides supervision and support to the service array team, ensuring they have access to the resources they need to improve clients' well-being. She is passionate about developing clear policies and procedures to support the team’s success, while maintaining high standards of care. Additionally, Allysha enjoys providing quality assurance to ensure that services delivered are effective and meet the highest expectations.

Having worked with special needs populations, Allysha witnessed firsthand the challenges of bullying, negative body image, and personal struggles. These experiences motivated her to pursue a career in mental health, where she helps clients recognize their worth and understand that a life lived at a different pace is no less meaningful. Allysha is inspired by the progress clients make in their personal journeys and believes in celebrating all steps forward, no matter how small. She values self-compassion and encourages others to give themselves grace as they navigate life’s challenges.

Valuing the mental health of her colleagues at RTS is very important to Allysha. Upholding the organization’s open-door policy, she welcomes staff to come in and discuss all areas of their lives, both the good and the challenging. Allysha believes that supporting her team is just as important as supporting clients, and she strives to create a safe and open environment for everyone.

Outside of work, Allysha prioritizes spending quality time with her family, cherishing the moments that allow her to create lasting memories with her children.
