Clinical Supervisor

Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

 Randall Therapeutic Services is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and motivated Clinical Supervisor to join our leadership team in Rice Lake, WI. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the clinical quality, culture, and development of a dynamic mental health team serving children, adolescents, adults, and families. This position works directly under the Clinical Director and plays a key role in supporting the development, quality, and effectiveness of our clinical team. 

Job Type: full-time                  

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 Hours per week               

Schedule: Monday - Friday  (8a-4p preferred)

Education:  Masters required

Work setting:

  • In Office

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting a team of mental health professionals. This includes providing supervision, case consultation, documentation review, and direct support to therapists, while collaborating closely with the Clinical Director to uphold agency standards and clinical excellence.

Work directly under the Clinical Director to ensure clinical excellence.

  • Provide weekly individual and/or group clinical supervision.
  • Review and provide feedback on clinical documentation.
  • Assist in training, and mentoring therapists.
  • Offer clinical consultation and crisis support as needed.
  • Help develop and implement agency-wide clinical standards and training.
  • Promote a positive, trauma-informed team environment.

SKILLS NECESSARY

  • Ability to guide, mentor, and support therapists in a professional, strengths-based manner.
  • Clear, compassionate, and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Skilled in addressing and resolving clinical or interpersonal concerns within a team.
  • High attention to detail for reviewing treatment plans, progress notes, and clinical documentation. Good grammar, spelling and punctuation knowledge.
  • Works well with others, open to feedback, and committed to fostering a supportive culture.
  • Able to manage change and support staff through transitions and challenges.
  • Proficiency  in MS Office along with working knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and fax machines.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s degree or higher in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field.
  • Valid Wisconsin license as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT (must meet requirements to supervise)
  • At least 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
  • Must be dependable, flexible, and patient
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license
  • Solid organizational skills required
