EXPERIENCE
Crystal started in her career in the mental health field after 23 years of working in healthcare. This extensive background has equipped her with the tools necessary to deliver excellent client care. Crystal is skilled at building strong internal and external relationships to facilitate collaboration and achieve high-priority goals, ensuring the best outcomes for those she works with.

EDUCATION
Crystal is currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin-Superior (anticipated graduation: May 2025). She also holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southern New Hampshire University.  Crystal is passionate about furthering her education and staying current with the latest therapeutic practices. 

SPECIALITY AREAS
Crystal specializes in person-centered and humanistic therapeutic modalities, with experience supporting clients across the lifespan—from children to adults. She has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents. Crystal is trained in evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. She is deeply committed to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients’ mental health goals and overall well-being. 

WHY THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD?
Becoming a therapist has been Crystal's lifelong dream. She has a deep passion for helping others realize their full potential and guiding them on their path to achieving their personal goals.

PERSONAL
Outside of her professional life, Crystal enjoys spending time with her husband and four children, exploring new travel destinations, and embracing the outdoors.

AVAILABILITY

Crystal currently offers part-time services in-office, in schools, or within the community on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Crystal is currently building her caseload and has immediate daytime openings.
