EXPERIENCE:
Hayley is currently completing her graduate therapy internship with Randall Therapeutic Services, where she provides therapy services to individuals of all ages. Previously, she had been with RTS for over a year as a Service Array Provider and brings a strong foundation in trauma-informed care. With a background in supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, Hayley has developed a compassionate and client-centered approach to helping individuals find safety, stability, and healing. During her time in the field, she also led outreach initiatives in Barron County to increase community awareness and access to resources. Hayley is passionate about helping her clients set and achieve meaningful goals on their healing journeys.
EDUCATION:
Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UW-La Crosse and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling through UW-Superior.
SPECIALTY AREAS:
Hayley enjoys working with children, teens, and adults. She takes a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach to care, aiming to empower clients by helping them recognize and build upon their existing capacities. She incorporates a variety of tools and resources, including therapeutic workbooks, emotional regulation techniques, self-care strategies, and coping skills exercises. Hayley is committed to helping clients improve functioning within their families and broader communities by offering connection to community-based supports alongside mental health services.
WHY THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD?
Hayley’s passion for mental health stems from her belief that everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling life with the right tools and support. Inspired by her own experiences with the transformative impact of therapeutic lifestyle changes, she understands how even small adjustments can significantly affect self-worth, relationships, and overall well-being. Hayley is especially drawn to working with families and specializes in skills-building with children and teens to strengthen family dynamics and emotional functioning.
PERSONAL
In her free time, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, walking outdoors, baking, and cozying up with a good book and a cup of coffee. She’s a podcast enthusiast and finds joy in organizing and intentional living.
AVAILABILITY
Hayley provides therapy services in-office, in-home, in schools, or within the community, Monday- Thursday. Hayley currently has immediate openings on her caseload.
