EXPERIENCE

Hayley has been with RTS for a year as a Service Array Provider. With a background in supporting survivors of domestic and sexual violence, Hayley has honed her skills in creating trauma-informed environments and helping individuals find safety and stability. During her time in the field, she worked on outreach initiatives in Barron County to increase community awareness. Hayley strives to help her clients set and achieve personal goals on their healing journey.

EDUCATION

Hayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from UW-La Crosse and is currently pursuing a graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling through UW-Superior

SPECIALITY AREAS

Hayley enjoys working with children, teens, and adults in the Individual Skills Development Enhancement and Parent Aide programs at RTS. Hayley takes a strength-based approach to client care, focusing on empowering individuals to recognize and build upon their existing strengths. Hayley utilizes a variety of curriculums and tools with her clients, including various workbooks. Hayley enjoys teaching self-care techniques, emotional resilience strategies, and coping skills exercises. Hayley strives to connect clients with a broad range of community resources available to them, beyond mental health care. Hayley, She believes that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life when given the right tools and support.

WHY THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD?

Hayley's passion for mental health stems from her belief that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life when given the right tools. Having personally experienced the transformative power of therapeutic lifestyle changes, she understands the profound impact that small adjustments can have on self-worth, relationships, and overall mental well-being. Hayley enjoys working with families and specializes in skills-building with children and teens to improve functioning across the entire family unit.

PERSONAL

In her free time, Hayley loves spending time with her family, walking outdoors, baking, and enjoying a good book with a cup of coffee. She's also a podcast enthusiast and finds great joy in organizing.
