EXPERIENCE:

Hayley has been with Randall Therapeutic Services for two years. She began her work in skills development before transitioning into her graduate internship and continuing on as a Licensed Professional Counselor–In Training (LPC-IT). With a strong background in trauma-informed care, Hayley brings a compassionate, client-centered approach to every session. During her internship at Randall Therapeutic Services, Hayley discovered a passion for creating safe, supportive spaces where children can express themselves, process experiences, and build emotional regulation skills in developmentally appropriate ways. She values meeting clients where they are and helping them feel understood, empowered, and supported. Utilizing her training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Hayley extends this trauma-informed approach to her work with adolescents and adults as well. As an LPC-IT, she continues to expand her skill set, with a growing focus on play therapy and mind–body based interventions that support emotional awareness, regulation, and healing across the lifespan.

EDUCATION:
Hayley holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Wisconsin–Superior and is licensed in the state of Wisconsin as a Licensed Professional Counselor – In Training (LPC-IT).

SPECIALTY AREAS:

Hayley works with children, teens, and adults using a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach, with a particular focus on developmentally appropriate care for children. She integrates emotional regulation skills, coping strategies, and therapeutic activities while supporting clients and families in strengthening connections and building a foundation for long-term growth..

WHY THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD?

Hayley’s passion for mental health stems from her belief that everyone deserves the chance to live a fulfilling life with the right tools and support. Inspired by her own experiences with the transformative impact of therapeutic lifestyle changes, she understands how even small adjustments can significantly affect self-worth, relationships, and overall well-being.

PERSONAL

In her free time, Hayley enjoys spending time with her family, walking outdoors, baking, and cozying up with a good book and a cup of coffee. She’s a podcast enthusiast and finds joy in organizing and intentional living.

AVAILABILITY
Hayley provides therapy services in-office, in-home, in schools, or within the community, Monday- Thursday. Hayley is currently full but is accepting clients to her waitlist. Wait time is estimated at 4-6 weeks.
