Lori recently joined Randall Therapeutic Services as a Patient Account Coordinator and has quickly become a warm and welcoming presence for all who enter the office. As the first point of contact on the phone or in person, Lori greets clients, contracting partners, and staff with a friendly “hello, how are you?” and a genuine smile. She is committed to ensuring that everyone’s experience at RTS is smooth, positive, and professional, and she serves as the go-to person for all scheduling and client coordination needs.

Lori was drawn to the mental health field by her deep passion for helping others and her belief that mental health is just as important as physical health. She brings a strong background in administrative work, excellent organizational skills, and a caring presence to her role at RTS.

Outside of work, Lori enjoys camping, kayaking, and spending quality time with her family. She finds peace and balance in nature — a love for the outdoors that she carries into both her personal life and the welcoming environment she helps create at Randall Therapeutic Services.
