Mental Health Therapist

Licensed Professional Counselor

Are you committed to helping keep families together by improving family life and functioning? Randall Therapeutic Services seeks a fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (bonus if you enjoy working with children) to join our clinical team serving youth and families within the Barron County and surrounding areas. Our therapists see clients in home, in the schools, public settings, and in the office. We are looking for someone who is driven and focused to join our growing agency. Salaried and hourly (minimum of 20 hours a week) positions are available. 


Job Type: full-time + part-time available                    

Pay: $25.00- $36.00 per hour depending on clinical level

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week                 

Schedule: Monday - Friday (flexibility in days available)

Education:  Masters required

Work setting:

  • In-person

  • Telehealth

Essential Duties

Must be willing to hold therapy sessions in client homes (throughout Barron County and neighboring counties) or at our facility.

  • Conducts assessments and creates individualized treatment plans that support      evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, you help build your schedule but have a patient      coordinator to decrease the coordination directly with clients outside of session.
  • Attends business meetings as appropriate, and maintains contacts as directed with the referral source (social workers, facilitators)
  • Maintains all required paperwork, including the assessments, the behavior plans, billing forms and any other required clinical documentation. You will be given support by our therapy note transcriptionist and support staff! The transcriptionist decreases the weight of clinical notes and helps support your paperwork process. All billing is completed through the finance department based off of the required documentation components.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a MA/MS in social work, counseling, family therapy or other related field required.
  • Experience working with children and families.
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License and have a good driving history.
  • Excellent communication skills required.
  • Solid organizational skills required.
  • Able to work independently but also enjoy a team-based approach.
  • Must be able to pass a background check. 
  • Must be passionate about social services and dedicated to helping at-risk youth and families.  
  • Must value a strength-based treatment approach.
