Maddy has a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a certificate in Women’s, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from UW-Eau Claire.
Maddy has worked in a center that used ABA Therapy to assist clients with autism spectrum disorder.
Maddy also is very passionate about creating a safe space for children and adolescents while being proactive in creating a community that accepts and cares for one another. She also is very excited for the opportunity to assist her community in learning about services that are accessible to them. Maddy also has an interest in community education by connecting those with the best services to fit their needs.
Maddy was inspired to join the mental health field after she struggled with Post Partum Anxiety following the birth of her first daughter. Maddy realized at that point in time that her mental health needed to be a priority. She has so much passion for helping those struggling with their mental health and wants to be a positive support to those struggling with their own concerns. Maddy feels kindness is one of the most powerful resources in life. She wants to spread it to others in any way she can.
