What is a Service Array Provider?

Individual Skill Development Enhancement is a support program that serves all ages including children, adolescents, and adults. Individual Skill Development Enhancement providers are professionally trained individuals who become a role model to their clients who need help in dealing with life's challenges. They provide support and encouragement, advocate for their client specific needs, model appropriate life skill techniques, and teach daily responsibilities. Agents work to build rapport with their clients by becoming a support mentor combined with education, curriculum, and behavioral interventions. Providers create a customizable treatment plan for each client to target their specific areas of needed support and growth. Our goal for ISDE is for our clients to gain confidence and skills that they can use in their daily lives to help them overcome whatever obstacles they may be facing

Our child Individual skills development enhancement team focuses on collaboration with the family, school, and other providers to assess and create an individualized treatment plan specific to the child’s needs. Our providers work to assist with transition times, executive functioning, self-esteem, identifying emotions, teaching and implantation of coping skills, and increasing daily living skills. Each child is unique, so we tailor our approach to help each child be successful.

Parent Aide is a family support service that helps families with children of all ages. Parent Aides are professionally trained individuals who become a role model to parents who need help in dealing with life's challenges. They provide support and encouragement, model appropriate parenting techniques, and teach parents responsibility. They use set curriculum to assist in educating parents on evidence-based parenting techniques. This includes but is not limited to Love and Logic, Trauma Informed Parenting, 123 Magic, and Boundaries. Parent Aides consult with all providers involved with the clients to ensure that the treatment plan is completely personalized to their needs. They also receive regular supervision to provide the best service for each client.
