EXPERIENCE
Victoria has been a valued member of the RTS team for over a year, bringing dedication, precision, and a genuine passion for mental health. She supports our office staff by accurately transcribing session notes and assisting with administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Beyond her administrative role, Victoria works directly with clients of all age groups, providing supervised visits and service array programming. She employs evidence-based, person-centered approaches to help clients build self-esteem, self-confidence, body positivity, stay on track, and plan for the future. Her compassion, patience, and dedication make clients feel heard, respected, and empowered at every step of their journey.

EDUCATION
Victoria holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and is currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Mental Health Counseling. Her advanced training enhances her ability to provide thoughtful, skilled support to both clients and staff.

Victoria’s specialties include client-centered care for all age groups, implementing evidence-based practices, and supporting clients in building self-esteem, self-confidence, and body positivity. She also helps clients set goals, stay on track, and plan for their future, ensuring that each individual’s unique needs and aspirations guide her approach.

WHY THE MENTAL HEALTH FIELD
Victoria’s interest in mental health began in high school, sparked by a curiosity about how thoughts shape behaviors. She is passionate about supporting mental health in rural communities, like Northwest Wisconsin, and is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of the people she serves.

PERSONAL
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys spending time with her partner, Ryan, and their dog, Atlas. She is also an avid crafter, enjoys woodworking, and appreciates peaceful walks.
