EXPERIENCE
Courtney has been a dedicated member of the RTS team for over two years, bringing extensive experience and a deep passion for helping others. With experience in both residential and outpatient settings, Courtney has also worked directly with the St. Croix County Jail and is trained in Moral Reconation Therapy (MRT), a method focused on helping individuals address addiction and criminal behaviors. In the past, Courtney has facilitated a range of group programs, such as processing groups, women’s groups, and psychoeducation groups, often using tools like the Matrix Model and Recovery Life Skills curriculum.
EDUCATION
She holds an Associates of Applied Science in Human Services from Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College and is a Licensed Clinical Substance Abuse Counselor. Throughout her career, Courtney has worked with individuals facing substance abuse, domestic violence, and homelessness, always striving to make a positive impact in their lives.
SPECIALTY AREAS
Courtney enjoys her role as a service array provider in the Parent Aide and Individual Skill Development Enhancement program, where she works primarily with adults. She is committed to helping clients develop essential life skills, such as time and task management, and finds great fulfillment in helping them establish daily routines. In her work, Courtney utilizes a variety of curriculums, including How to Hug a Porcupine, to guide clients in building stronger, healthier relationships and improving their overall well-being. Courtney values team collaboration and believes that working together enhances the ability to provide better care and support for clients.

Courtney is committed to the mental health field, driven by a strong belief that we all have the power to leave the world a better place than we found it. Her work is rooted in empathy, respect, and the desire to make a meaningful impact on both individuals and communities. Courtney is continuously inspired by the resilience of others and is dedicated to contributing to a more understanding and supportive world for all.
PERSONAL
Outside of her professional life, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family. Her hobbies include boating, reading, cooking, and baking. She’s also a fan of crime shows and classic movies like Footloose, Dirty Dancing, and The Guardian.
