Allysha Waggoner
Service Array Lead
Allysha has a heart for helping aid in the process of reunification for local families. At RTS, Allysha provides supervision and support to the service array team. She loves being able to come alongside her team and assist them in finding resources that will improve a client's wellbeing.
Allysha used to work with the special needs population and saw a lot of bullying, negative body images, and struggles. She wanted to enter the mental health field to assist clients in seeing that they are valued and just because your life is paced differently than someone else's, doesn't mean it matters any less. Allysha thinks it is really cool to see the strides that people make with improving themselves. Everyone struggles with different things throughout life, and she finds it is important that we give ourselves grace. Allysha loves that we get to be a part of our client's stories and that we get to help people through all walks of life.
Allysha finds spending time with her family is her top priority. She really tries to focus on quality time with her family and creating memories for her kids. Allysha also loves fishing, swimming, and snuggling on the couch with a bowl of snacks.
