Kate serves as the Quality Assurance for Billing at Randall Therapeutic Services, helping ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and ready for the billing process. With a background in office management and administrative work, she brings strong organization, consistency, and an exceptional eye for detail to her role. Kate is known for catching even the smallest errors and helping maintain the quality-control processes that support our providers and billing operations.

Through her work at RTS, she has gained an appreciation for the challenges individuals face and the therapeutic approaches that support their progress. She finds inspiration in the strength and resilience reflected in the work we do.

Kate is known for her kind and approachable nature and is always willing to lend a helping hand. As a member of the management team, she brings thoughtful feedback, creative ideas, and a strong commitment to teamwork and office morale. Her creativity also shines through the grab-and-go activities she has developed for our Service Array Department, including favorites like the Worry Worm and Calming Jar.

Outside of work, Kate enjoys camping, cookouts with friends and family, ice fishing, concerts, and traveling. She loves just about any kind of potatoes, and her favorite song is “Don’t Stop Believin’” by Journey.
