ISDE is an uumbrella term that encompasses a variety of services offered at RTS. Agents join the family at any stage of change and utilize educational and behavioral interventions to promote sustainable progress. Assessments and treatment plans are devised and reviewed by the lead therapist within the agency to ensure a customized and comprehensive treatment plan is created for each client. Quarterly reviews are used to help measure progress along the way. Each program is customizable to the clients specific needs. All services are available in home and or in an office setting. Parent Aide services and Intensive Supervision services are encompassed under this umbrella.

During a supervised visit, our highly trained Supervised Visit Agent provides hands-on visitations to families and children in a safe and secure environment. This allows for a space that is physically and emotionally safe for children in alternate care, to see and visit with their noncustodial parents. Our supervised visits take place in office, in the home, and around the community based on the needs of our clients. Our visit office spaces include games, toys, and other homey touches to make the visit feel comfortable for both the children and parents.
